Shipping Policy


The prices are applied as listed on the webpage at the time of order. The prices listed on are exclusive of taxes. The final price (including domestic shipping) will be displayed in the checkout page. 


We ship according to the delivery timelines we have provided for each product. If the product is labeled as “Pre Order” the process time would take at least 4-6 weeks and applies same for the new release “Albums /Merchandises”. We seek to proceed with shipment as early as possible, but timelines may take longer for some products due to availability. 

Store POBs (Pre Order Benefits) such as Weverse, Alladin, YG Select etc. Would take longer to process takes at least 5-7 weeks upon its release or more. We would update the customers via Email/Whatsapp /Socials (Instagram) if any delay occurs.

We do not assume any sourcing risk, especially with reference to a purchase by description.


At this time, we only use courier services to ship within Sri Lanka and delivery rates will be displayed at checkout page  

We hope to expand and offer shipping worldwide in the near future.

Please keep in mind that delivery delays may occasionally occur due to several reasons. Also, during the holiday season, it may impact delivery time. Once you receive the tracking number, you can check the status of your order within 24-48 hours.


Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email/text with the tracking number.

If you input the incorrect delivery address or absence at the time of delivery; we are not responsible if the item is returned back to us.

If the customer package is returned to LANKA KPOP, we have to charge the original shipping fee to send it back to you. If we are unable to verify your shipping address, we always contact the customers first in order to receive confirmation.

Please keep in mind that we can’t process this matter until the customer package has physically arrived back to our shipping department.

If the customer’s package gets forwarded back to us but if it gets lost during delivery while in-transit, LANKA KPOP is not reliable for the matter stated above.


LANKA KPOP is not responsible for loss/damaged packages after the order is shipped. 

Please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a case. Please keep in mind, the only thing we can do is to assist you to file a case with the carrier.

At this moment, we do not offer shipping internationally. We hope to expand and ship worldwide in the near future.
